What are the Koh Perks tiers and how do they work?

Koh Perks has three tiers based on your total spend at Koh over a rolling 12-month period. Tier 1 covers spend from $0 to $169 and earns 1 point per dollar. Tier 2 covers spend from $170 to $329 and earns 1.25 points per dollar. Tier 3 covers spend of $330 or more and earns 1.5 points per dollar. Tiers auto-upgrade as you cross each threshold, the new earn rate applies to your next order. The 12-month window is rolling, so your tier reflects recent activity rather than lifetime spend.

Tier 3

How do tier upgrades work?

Koh Perks tiers upgrade automatically when your rolling 12-month spend at Koh crosses each threshold. You don't need to claim or contact us, the upgrade applies straight away and the new earn rate kicks in on your next order. Each tier carries its earn rate (1, 1.25, or 1.5 points per dollar). Bonus point earnings (reviews, milestones, anniversaries, sign-ups) apply at the standard flat rate regardless of tier, see how to earn Koh Perks points for the full bonus list.

✓ Auto-upgrade when you cross a threshold

As soon as your 12-month spend crosses $170 or $330, your account auto-promotes to Tier 2 or Tier 3. No claim form, the new earn rate kicks in on your next order.

✓ Bonus points are flat across tiers

Bonus point earnings (reviews, order milestones, anniversaries, sign-ups) apply at their standard amounts regardless of tier. See all the ways to earn points for the full list.

Does my tier go down if I stop spending?

Yes. Because Koh Perks tiers are based on a rolling 12-month window, your tier reflects recent activity. If you stop spending and your earlier orders age out of the 12-month window, your spend drops below the tier threshold and your tier adjusts downward. Re-cross the threshold with new orders and you tier back up automatically. Cancelled or refunded orders don't count toward tier spend.

⚠ Tier reflects recent activity

Because the spend window is rolling 12 months, your tier reflects how active you've been recently. If orders age out of the window and your spend drops below the threshold, your tier adjusts downward.

✓ Easy to climb back

New orders push your 12-month spend back up. Cross the threshold and you tier back up automatically. Cancelled or refunded orders don't count toward tier spend.
