Missing a part of your order?Updated 23 days ago
If you check your AusPost tracking number and take it to auspost.com.au, you should see a small dropdown arrow next to the tracking number. Clicking it should reveal a second tracking number for your other parcel, which should be arriving soon.
This is often referred to as a split shipment, and it happens for a few reasons:
📦 Weight limits: Australia Post has shipment weight restrictions, so heavier orders may need to be split.
📦 Size limitations: Larger orders sometimes don’t fit into a single box.
While everything is shipped together, each parcel has its own tracking number within the same consignment. The tracking link we provide shows the first parcel by default, so if only one appears, try taking the tracking number directly to Australia Post’s website, where you’ll be able to see all parcels linked to your order.
