Quick fixes to try before placing your order
Three things to check first
Type the code manually.
Copy-pasting often picks up extra spaces or hidden formatting characters. Typing it directly avoids this.
Log in with the right account.
Codes are often tied to a specific email or phone number, the one we sent it to. If you're using a different account, the code won't apply.
Check the code's conditions.
Expiry date, minimum spend, product eligibility, first-order only, one-use-per-customer. If you don't meet the conditions, the code won't apply.
What conditions might block my code?
Common conditions that block a Koh promo code:
Minimum spend. Your cart total is below the threshold the code requires.
Product exclusions. The code only works on specific products or collections, not your cart.
First-order only. The code is for new customers and you've ordered before.
One-use-per-customer. You've already redeemed this code.
Not stackable. You already have another discount applied.
Expired. The promotion window has ended.
Subscribe & Save exclusion. Most promo codes don't apply to subscription orders.

My gift card or eGift card isn't working, what now?
Same general checks (type manually, right account) plus a few card-specific ones:
Watch for confusable characters. Gift card codes are case-sensitive. Double-check 0 vs O, 1 vs l, and uppercase vs lowercase.
Check the balance. If you've used part of the card, the remaining balance might be less than your cart total. The card will apply but won't cover the full purchase, you'll need a second payment method for the difference.

If none of these resolve it, contact our team with the gift card code and a screenshot of the checkout error.
