Can you deliver to a Parcel Locker?Updated 12 hours ago
TL;DR: Yes, Koh ships to Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Lockers. Set up a free MyPost account, save your locker address (which includes your 10-digit APCN), and use it as the shipping address at checkout. Once your parcel arrives, AusPost sends an access code by SMS or email, and you have 48 hours to collect.
How does Parcel Locker delivery work?
Setting it up (one-off, takes a few minutes)
Create a free MyPost account through the AusPost app or auspost.com.au. You'll be assigned a 10-digit APCN (Australia Post Customer Number).
Pick a Parcel Locker location near you and save its unique address. The full address includes your name, your APCN, and the locker's street address.
At Koh checkout, enter the locker address as your shipping address.
When your parcel arrives, AusPost sends an access code by SMS or email. You have 48 hours to collect using the code.
What size parcels can ship to a Parcel Locker?
✓ Weight limit
Up to 16kg per parcel. Most Koh orders, including Starter Kits, fit comfortably within this.
✓ Size limit
Approximately 39 by 36 by 64 cm. Larger orders may be split across multiple lockers or held at a local Post Office.
Anything else to know?
Free, secure, 24/7. Parcel Lockers are free to use and accessible any time, day or night.
Miss the 48-hour collection window? AusPost typically moves the parcel to a local Post Office and sends a follow-up notification with the new collection point.
Name match matters. The name on your Koh order should match the name registered with MyPost, to avoid any issue with the locker recognising you as the recipient.
Forgot to use the locker address at checkout? You can still redirect the parcel through the AusPost app once your tracking number is live, look for the Manage Delivery option.
