The MyPost account assigns you a 10-digit APCN (Australia Post Customer Number) and lets you save Parcel Locker locations as delivery addresses. At Koh checkout, enter the locker address (including your name and APCN) as the shipping address. When the parcel arrives at the locker, AusPost sends an access code by SMS or email, and you have 48 hours to collect using the code. Setup takes one-off minutes, after that, every Koh order can ship to your saved locker.

Australia Post Parcel Lockers accept parcels up to 16kg in weight and approximately 39 by 36 by 64 cm in dimensions. Most Koh orders fit comfortably within these limits, including Starter Kits and standalone product orders. Items that fit a standard letterbox (such as letters or thin envelopes) are not eligible for Parcel Locker delivery, AusPost will deliver these as normal mail. Items that require a signature or proof of age can't be delivered to a Parcel Locker either, but Koh orders ship via standard parcel post, so this isn't a constraint on Koh shipments.
