Will you deliver to a PO Box?Updated 12 hours ago
TL;DR: Yes, Koh ships to Australia Post PO Boxes. Enter your PO Box address as the shipping address at checkout. Smaller parcels go straight into your box, larger ones are held at your local Post Office counter for collection. You'll get a notification or card from AusPost when your parcel is ready to pick up.
How does PO Box delivery work?
Using your PO Box at checkout
Make sure you have an active PO Box with Australia Post and know the box number plus your local postcode.
At Koh checkout, enter the PO Box address (for example: PO Box 1234, Suburb, State, Postcode).
Use the name exactly as it's registered to the PO Box. Mismatched names can cause AusPost to delay or hold delivery.
What if my parcel is too big for the PO Box?
PO Boxes come in different sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large), so what fits depends on the box you rent. Smaller Koh orders typically fit straight in. Starter Kits and larger orders often go to the counter.
When that happens, AusPost leaves a card in your PO Box (or sends a digital notification if you're signed up to MyPost) saying the parcel is ready to collect. Bring photo ID matching the name on the box.
Anything else to know?
Name match matters. The name on your Koh order should match the name registered to the PO Box. Mismatched names are a common cause of delivery delays.
No MyPost account needed. PO Boxes don't require a MyPost account or APCN, unlike Parcel Lockers. The box address alone is enough.
Want notifications? Sign up for a free MyPost account and link your PO Box. The AusPost app sends push notifications when parcels are ready to collect.
