How do I use the Quick-Flow Tap?Updated 2 hours ago
TL;DR: Push the perforated panel on your Koh Hand Wash or Body Wash box to reveal the Quick-Flow Tap. Practice turning it counterclockwise while the box is on its back, then stand the box upright, line your bottle up with the arrow, and twist to fill. Turn clockwise until it locks to close it fully.

Koh Hand Wash and Body Wash now come in a richer formula, dispensed through the new Quick-Flow Tap. It's a twist tap rather than the pull/push tap on our Cleaning and Laundry range, here's how it works.
How do I open the tap on my Body Care box?
Lay the box on its back
Find the perforated OPEN HERE section on the front of the box and push it through.
Pull the tap through
Pull it out gently until the black collar sits flush with the box, don't force it further.
Line up the arrow
Line the arrow on the tap up with the "I'm free from chemical nasties" text on the box, this means the tap is seated correctly.
Practice run: turn to unlock
With the box still on its back, turn the tap counterclockwise slowly until you feel it unlock. This just unlocks the tap, it won't open the flow yet.
Keep twisting to see the opening
Keep twisting slowly and you'll see the opening appear, that's where the liquid flows from.
Close it and stand the box up
Twist the tap clockwise to close it again, then stand the box upright with the tap facing you.
How do I fill my pump bottle from the tap?
Line your bottle up with the arrow
Hold your bottle right up against the tap, lined up with the arrow pointing down.
⚠ Turn the tap to start the flow
Turn counterclockwise the same way as your practice run. Start with a small turn, the further you open it, the faster the flow.
⚠ Fill to about 2cm below the neck
This takes around 15 seconds on full flow, so keep an eye on the level as you go.
Turn clockwise to close
Twist the tap clockwise until you feel and hear it lock into place.
How do I control the flow, or what if the tap feels stiff?
✓ Control the flow
Open the tap a little for a slower trickle, or further for a faster pour. Close it at any time to stop.
⚠ Tap feels stiff to turn
Grip it with a tea towel for extra leverage. If it still won't turn, don't force it, contact our team and we'll help.
