I bought Koh from Woolworths or another retailer, can you help with a return?Updated 10 hours ago
TL;DR: If you bought Koh from a retailer (Woolworths, Aldi, Harris Farm, Amazon, or anywhere other than koh.com), returns, refunds, and exchanges go through that retailer's customer service. Once Koh products are stocked by a retailer they become the retailer's inventory, so they handle the return on their end. Koh can still help with product questions and usage guidance any time.
Where do I go for a retail return?
Take the product (and your proof of purchase if you have it) back to the store, or contact the retailer's online support if you bought from their website. The retailer handles your return, refund, or exchange directly.
If it's a product fault that needs investigation, the retailer raises a claim with our wholesale team behind the scenes. The right team gets visibility either way.
Why can't Koh process the return directly?
Once Koh products are stocked by a retailer they become the retailer's inventory. The retailer paid for the stock at wholesale, set their own retail price, and is the seller on record for your purchase. Returns follow the seller, just like Woolworths can't process a return for something you bought direct from koh.com.
What can Koh still help with?
Plenty. Product questions, usage guidance, ingredient information, surface compatibility, dilution ratios, stubborn stains, anything about how to actually use the product, regardless of where you bought it.
The retailer relationship only applies to commercial transactions like returns and refunds. Product knowledge is the same wherever you bought it.

Koh Starter Kits are direct-only, you won't find them in retailers. Bundle pricing on the products that work together.
