Can I use Sensitive Laundry Liquid for hand washing?

The enzymes in Sensitive Laundry Liquid break down protein fibres whether you machine wash or hand wash. Keep it away from wool, silk, cashmere and alpaca. Hand wash those with a detergent made for wool and silk instead.
How do I hand wash with it?
Steps 1 to 3
Fill a basin with cool to lukewarm water. Skip hot water, which degrades the enzymes and can set protein marks.
Add 16 mL, which is 4 pumps, of Sensitive Laundry Liquid per 5 litres of water and mix it through.
Add the garment. Soak 10 to 30 minutes for stubborn marks, then agitate gently. No scrubbing and no twisting.
Steps 4 and 5
Rinse thoroughly with clean water until it runs clear.
Squeeze out the excess water rather than wringing it, then dry to the garment care label.

16 mL is also the machine dose for a small or lightly soiled load. A normal load takes 24 mL, which is 6 pumps, and a large or heavily soiled load takes 40 mL, which is 10 pumps.
