Sensitive Laundry Sheets vs. Sensitive Laundry LiquidUpdated 8 hours ago
TL;DR: Both sit in the same sensitive laundry range, just in different formats. Take Sensitive Laundry Liquid if you want to move the dose with the load or you run an auto-dose machine. Take Sensitive Laundry Sheets if you'd rather nothing to measure. Plenty of homes keep both.
What's the difference at a glance?
A concentrate in a bag-in-box, dosed through the Laundry Pump or the Laundry Dosing Cup, so the amount moves with the load. Around 60 washes per box. Suits auto-dose machines. Made in Australia.
A pre-measured sheet that dissolves in the drum. 25 sheets per pack, giving up to around 50 washes because a sheet tears along its perforation for a small or lightly soiled load. No pump, no measuring, and it packs flat. Made in Sweden.
How do they compare side by side?
✓ Best for
LiquidHomes that want the dose to move with the load, or that run an auto-dose machine
SheetsEveryday loads, travel, share houses, and anyone who'd rather not measure

Liquid6 pumps or 24 mL normal, 10 pumps or 40 mL large, 4 pumps for a hand wash
SheetsOne sheet normal, two for a very large load, half a sheet at the perforation for small
✓ Machine compatibility
LiquidFront loaders, top loaders, high efficiency and auto-dose. Drawer or drum
SheetsFront loaders, top loaders and high efficiency. Sheet goes in the empty drum first
✓ Format and storage
LiquidBag-in-box, and the pump sits on the box for one-handed dosing
SheetsA flat 25-sheet box. Fits a drawer, a suitcase or a travel pouch
✓ What both share
Both formats clean with enzymes rather than leaning on perfume, and both are Dermatest tested. Sensitive Laundry Liquid is also septic compatible when used as directed, with no phosphates, no dyes, no VOCs and no chlorine. Whichever format suits your routine, the thinking behind it is the same.
Which one should I pick?
✓ Take Sensitive Laundry Liquid if
- You want the dose to follow the load size and how soiled it is.
- You run an auto-dose machine, or you'd rather load the dispenser drawer.
- You like the bag-in-box and dosing one-handed off the pump.
- You hand wash often and want a known dose per pump.
✓ Take Sensitive Laundry Sheets if
- You want dosing to be one decision, with nothing to measure.
- You travel, move between homes, or share a laundry with housemates.
- You'd rather not keep a box and a pump on the shelf.
- Your loads are mostly normal to small, where the tear-in-half option earns its keep.
✓ Or keep both
Plenty of homes do. Sensitive Laundry Sheets for everyday and travel loads, Sensitive Laundry Liquid for the loads where you want to move the dose. For a localised stain, treat the mark first either way: Stain Remover goes into a foaming bottle, then you spray the stain, leave it 5 to 10 minutes and wash as normal.
