Why didn't it dissolve?

Sheet placed in the detergent drawer rather than the drum, so it never gets proper circulation. Overloaded drum that prevents the sheet from tumbling and dissolving evenly.
⚠ Cycle and storage
Very low-water or ultra-short HE cycles with minimal agitation. Extremely cold or very short cycles that slow dissolution. Sheets stored damp or damaged, which can affect performance.
How do I fix it?
Try these now
Run an extra rinse or short wash to clear any residue.
Rewash the load on a normal warm cycle with space in the drum so the sheet can circulate.
Check the drum and confirm the sheet was placed inside, not the drawer. Remove any obvious fragments before restarting.
If residue is in the drum itself, run an empty hot rinse cycle to clear leftover bits.
