Why didn't my Sensitive Laundry Sheet dissolve?
✓ Check this first: the drum, not the drawer
A Sensitive Laundry Sheet needs water moving around it to break down. In the detergent drawer it sits still, so it can come out of the machine intact. Place the sheet in the empty drum first, then load clothes on top. This one change fixes most cases.
⚠ Loading
A packed drum stops the sheet tumbling, so it stays folded against fabric instead of dispersing. Leave enough room for the load to move.
⚠ Cycle and storage
Very short cycles, or cycles that use very little water, give the sheet less time and less water to work with. A pack kept somewhere damp can also stick together. Store it sealed in a cool, dry spot.
How do I fix it?
Try these now
Run an extra rinse or a short wash to clear any residue.
Rewash the load on a normal warm cycle with room in the drum so the sheet can circulate.
Check the drum and confirm the sheet went inside it rather than the drawer. Remove any obvious fragments before restarting.
If residue is in the drum itself, run an empty hot cycle to clear leftover bits.

Shake garments to remove loose fragments, then rewash on a warm cycle with an extra rinse. For greasy marks, pre-rinse with warm water and pre-treat with Stain Remover before washing.
✓ Getting it right next load
Sheet in the empty drum first, clothes on top.
Leave room in the drum so the load can move.
On a very short or very cold cycle, pick a slightly longer cycle, or wet the sheet under the tap before it goes in.
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place.
