TL;DR: If Stain Remover feels runnier or thicker than usual, it is almost always temperature. Bring the bottle back to room temperature and shake it gently, and the consistency comes back. Cleaning performance is unaffected either way, because the rest of the formula has not changed.
Why does the consistency change?

Stain Remover contains xanthan gum, a thickener that keeps the ingredients evenly suspended in the bottle. Xanthan gum goes thinner in heat and more gel-like in cold, so a warm delivery van or a cold shed can change how the spray feels without changing how it cleans.
How do I fix it?

Leave the bottle at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes.
Shake it gently to remix.
