Sign in at go.koh.com/manage-account with the email you ordered with. Your store credit balance and its expiry date show on your account. There's nothing to enter or redeem, the balance just sits there ready to use.

Shop as normal at koh.com and sign in at checkout with the email your store credit is attached to. Your credit shows up automatically at the payment step and applies itself, nothing to type in. Signing in is the one thing that matters, guest checkout can't see store credit because it's tied to your account, not your order.

Yes. A discount code reduces the price of your order first, then store credit pays some or all of what's left. They work together rather than one replacing the other. Store credit from a warranty claim covers the full RRP of the part and stays valid for 3 years, because when something we made falls short, we stand behind it. No. Store credit is tied to the store it was issued on. Credit on koh.com (Australia) can only be spent on koh.com, and the same applies in reverse for UK store credit on the UK site.
