If you're having trouble applying your promo code, follow these steps:

Before placing an order:

• Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your code. When copying and pasting the code, be mindful that sometimes extra spaces or hidden formatting can get included, causing issues. Try typing the code manually instead.

• Check the code's conditions (product eligibility, expiry date).

Already placed your order without applying the code?

• You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it here.

• After cancellation, simply reorder and apply the promo code.

Missed the 30-minute window?

• We can't retroactively apply a code to an order. Your code will still be valid for your next eligible order, provided the conditions (expiry, product eligibility) are still met.
