What happened to Universal Laundry Liquid?

Universal Laundry Liquid retired in 2024. It was doing two jobs at once, the main wash and stain pre-treating, so Koh split those into two purpose-built products. Sensitive Laundry Liquid is now the wash and Stain Remover is the spray-on pre-treat. Grab Sensitive Laundry Liquid for everyday loads.

Why is Sensitive Laundry Liquid thicker than the old one?

Sensitive Laundry Liquid is ultra-concentrated, which makes it a thicker liquid and gives you tighter control over your dose. That thickness is why it isn't suitable for Foaming Spray Bottle, which needs a thin liquid to foam. Decant it into Laundry Pump for 4 mL per press, or use Laundry Dosing Cup for a manual measure.

Sensitive Laundry Liquid is ultra-concentrated, so it's a thicker liquid and you get tighter control over your dose. A normal load takes 24 mL, or 6 pumps.

Sensitive Laundry Liquid is the main wash for machine and hand washing, on everyday and heavily soiled loads, dosed by load size. Stain Remover is a foaming pre-treat you spray straight onto a stain before the wash, so it's for spot treatment rather than the whole load. Stain Remover is the one built for Foaming Spray Bottle.
