What’s the recommended amount of detergent for each load of laundry?Updated 4 days ago
TL;DR: Use 6 pumps (24 mL) for a normal load, 10 pumps (40 mL) for a large load, and 4 pumps (16 mL) in 5 litres of water for hand washing. Each pump from the Laundry Pump dispenses 4 mL.

Normal load
6 pumps (24 mL) into the detergent compartment or as directed by your machine manual.

4 pumps (16 mL) in 5 litres of water. Soak, gently agitate, rinse well.
Dispensing options

Laundry Pump (included with Starter Kit)
Comes with the Laundry Starter Kit. Pour Sensitive Laundry Liquid from the bag-in-box into the pump bottle. Each full pump dispenses 4 mL. Pump directly into the detergent compartment or into a Laundry Dosing Cup for precise measurement.

Laundry Dosing Cup (optional)
An optional alternative for customers who prefer visual measurement. Dispense from the bag-in-box into the cup, then into your machine's dispenser. The cup can go in the wash to clean itself and is heat-proof silicone, so safe if it accidentally ends up in the dryer.
Good to know
Adjust slightly for heavily soiled loads. Always follow garment care instructions. Using more detergent than recommended will not improve performance and may leave residue on fabrics.
