TL;DR: We retired Universal Laundry Liquid in mid-to-late 2024 and replaced it with Sensitive Laundry Liquid for the main wash, plus a dedicated Stain Remover for pre-treating. New formula is thicker and improved, and isn't compatible with Foaming Spray Bottle. If you want a foaming pre-treat, use Stain Remover.

What changed and why?

Our community told us they wanted stronger wash performance and a gentler experience for sensitive households. We reformulated and launched Sensitive Laundry Liquid.

✓ New texture

The new formula is thicker by design for improved dosing control and wash performance. That extra viscosity means it's not suitable for Foaming Spray Bottle. Decant from the bag-in-box into Laundry Pump.

✓ Purpose-built pre-treat

Many of you missed a foaming pre-treat. We created Stain Remover with six targeted enzymes specifically for tackling stains before the wash.
