TL;DR: Sensitive Hand Wash is built for hands that get washed again and again through the day. Sensitive Body Wash is built for the whole body, with a richer, creamier lather. What's the difference between Koh Hand Wash and Body Wash?
Same standard, different job. Both washes are fragrance-free, sulfate-free and sit at pH 5.5, both are HRIPT dermatologically tested, and both are recognised by the Eczema Association of Australasia. What changes is how each one is tuned.
For hands. Frequent daily use.
Hands get washed a dozen times a day, so this one is built around that frequency. Aloe vera, chamomile, hydrolysed jojoba esters and glycerine keep hands feeling comfortable rather than tight after the tenth wash.
For the body. Richer lather.
Your body asks for something different. Body Wash uses a richer cleansing and conditioning system that gives a softer, creamier lather and leaves skin feeling soft across a much larger area than your hands.
Can I use Body Wash as a hand wash, or Hand Wash on my body?
Swapping one for the other now and then is fine. They share the same base approach, so neither is going to surprise your skin.
Day to day, though, each suits its own job better. Sensitive Hand Wash is tuned for short, repeated washes at the sink. Sensitive Body Wash gives you the richer lather you want in the shower, and a hand wash at the bench pump will feel thin by comparison if you use it head to toe.
