When is my card charged for Subscription?Updated 17 days ago

For all Koh orders, your card will be charged when the order is processed (depending on your bank this could be straight away or within a day). Subscriptions are processed on the day that they’re scheduled to ship. 

You can view your next scheduled shipping date in your account under ‘Subscriptions’ in your account, you will also be reminded via email 3 days before your order is due to be shipped.
