If you’re not getting a one-time login code via SMS, it’s because your phone number isn’t yet linked to your Koh account. Here’s how to jump in and set it up:
1. Use Email to Get Your First Code
On the login screen, click “Send code via Email” instead of waiting for a text. You’ll receive a link or numeric code in your inbox, check spam/junk folders just in case. Once you use that email link to sign in, you’re in!
2. Link Your Mobile Number for Future Codes
After logging in, go to your contact details, and enter your mobile number. From that point on, you can choose SMS for quick access next time.
3. Why Linking Matters
Having your phone number verified lets us send the one-time code by text instead of email. That’s often the fastest way to get back in, no waiting on inbox delivery or digging through spam folders.
4. Still Not Seeing an Email?
If your email code doesn’t arrive, double-check your spam folder. If everything checks out and it still doesn’t show up we’ll help you troubleshoot.
