Why do I need to opt in to Koh Perks instead of being auto-enrolled?Updated 6 hours ago

TL;DR: We don’t auto-enroll anyone in Koh Perks. You choose to join so you know exactly what you’re signing up for and you stay in control. You can leave or change your settings any time.


Why we ask you to opt in

  • Your call on marketing: emails/SMS only happen if you say yes, and every message has an easy unsubscribe.
  • Plays by the rules: Australian privacy and spam rules expect clear consent for loyalty programs and marketing.

What happens when you join

  1. Log in or create a Koh account and click Join & Agree in Koh Perks.
  2. We save the details needed to award points and apply rewards to your account.
  3. Track points, tier and rewards in your dashboard; tweak your email/SMS prefs any time.

Common questions

I’ve shopped with Koh for years. Why still opt in?
Opt-in makes sure you’ve seen and agreed to them.

Will I miss out if I don’t join?
You can still shop as normal. Joining simply unlocks points, tiers and rewards when you’re ready.
