Why is checkout saying a product can’t be delivered to my address?Updated 12 days ago
TL;DR: If checkout says a product can't be delivered to your address, it usually means the warehouse closest to you is temporarily out of stock. First step: clear your cart, refresh the page, and add the product again. That clears most checkout glitches. If the message persists, the warehouse is restocking. Check back in a few days or contact our team for a manual stock check.
Why is the product showing as undeliverable?
How dispatch works
Koh ships from three Australian warehouses (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth). Checkout routes your order to the closest one. If that warehouse is briefly out of the product you want, you'll see the not-deliverable message, even though the product exists at other warehouses.
How can I get the product delivered?
Clear your cart and add the product again
Sometimes the issue is a stale cart line from an earlier session, not a stock problem. Empty your cart, refresh the page, and add the product back in. This clears most checkout glitches that aren't warehouse-related.
Check back in a few days
If clearing the cart doesn't fix it, your closest warehouse is genuinely restocking. Stock usually returns within a few days, sometimes faster. Save the product page and try again soon.
Contact our team if it keeps happening
If the message persists after clearing your cart, get in touch. We can check stock across all warehouses manually and help find an alternative if needed.
