👋 The Universal Laundry Liquid has been discontinued

We’ve officially retired our Universal Laundry Liquid based on Koh-mmunity feedback. Customers asked for a formula that was more effective on tough stains, gentler on sensitive skin, and better for targeted laundry pretreating. So we delivered!

Our new Sensitive Laundry Liquid. a richer, thicker, more concentrated detergent with a gentler, skin-safe formula that goes hard on stains and easy on you.

🧴 The change means no more foam (and that’s okay!)

Because Sensitive Laundry Liquid is a thicker formula, it isn’t compatible with the Foaming Spray Bottle. Using it in the foamer may cause the nozzle to clog or spray incorrectly. So if your bottle is no longer foaming correctly, this is likely why. (📝 Note: here's a tip to clear the mechanism.)

Instead, the new Laundry Starter Kit comes with a pump that makes it easy to apply directly to stains before tossing into the wash. For pre-treating, use about 6ml straight from the pump for best results.

📦 Why the pouch became a box

When we introduced Sensitive Laundry Liquid, we also updated the packaging from the refill pouch to a more sustainable bag-in-box format. That packaging change marked the launch of the new formula, and it’s noted on the product page that the Foaming Spray Bottle is no longer compatible.

Great question! Your Foaming Spray Bottle is still going strong with our other compatible Koh foaming products:

• Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner

Both of these are formulated to work perfectly with the foaming mechanics to give you that fluffy, effective foam you love!
