How do I fill my own dispenser from the refill box?

The same routine works for a Koh pump or your own bottle.

Open the Quick-Flow Tap on the refill box

Sit the box on the edge of a bench so the tap clears the surface.

Hold the dispenser steady and fill to just below the neck

Leaving a little headroom stops product pushing out when you refit the head.

Unlock the head if it has a twist collar

Koh pumps arrive locked so they don't leak in transit. Twist the collar beneath the nozzle to release it.

Press several full pumps until product flows

Any newly filled bottle needs priming before the first proper dose.
