All Koh Subscribe & Save management happens in your subscription portal at koh.com/a/account/login. Sign in with your account email and you can skip a delivery, reschedule, change frequency, swap to a different product, update your shipping address or card details, add a one-time product to your next order, or cancel anytime. The only action that requires our team is permanently adding a new product to your ongoing subscription cycle, email us and we'll update it for you.

Sign in to your Koh subscription portal at koh.com/a/account/login using the email you used when you signed up. We send a one-time sign-in link to your inbox so there's no password to remember. Click the link in the email and you're in. The same portal handles every Koh subscription on your account.

In the Koh subscription portal you can skip an upcoming delivery, reschedule a delivery to an earlier or later date, change how often you receive deliveries, swap a subscribed product for a different eligible product, update your shipping address or payment card, add a one-time product to your next order, and cancel your subscription. All changes apply to future cycles, past charges aren't affected. There's no penalty for skipping or cancelling.

To permanently add a product to your ongoing subscription so it ships with every future delivery, email our team. Tell us your account email, the product, and the quantity you want added. We'll update your subscription cycle so the product arrives automatically on every renewal from then on. This is different to adding a one-time product, which you can do yourself in the portal but ships with that delivery only.

Cancel your Koh subscription anytime in the subscription portal at koh.com/a/account/login. Sign in, find your active subscription, and choose cancel. There's no penalty, no minimum order count, and no contract. Past discounts aren't clawed back. If you change your mind, you can resubscribe from any product page anytime.
