Koh’s 10th Birthday Sale starts at 9:00am AEDT Saturday, 7 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday, 18 March 2026.
During this period, eligible products on koh.com are available at prices as marked.
How the sale works
- Eligible products are already reduced to their sale price.
- The Birthday Sale can’t be combined with other discounts or offers.
- The sale applies to one-time orders only.
- A limit of 2 per refill solution applies.
- Offers are available while stocks last.
- The promotion only applies to products available online during the sale period.
What’s excluded from the Birthday Sale?
The following are excluded from this promotion:
- Universal Cleaner 4L
- All spare parts
If an item is excluded, the sale price will not apply.
What happens when I sign up during the sale?
During the Birthday Sale, customers who sign up by email are entered into a draw to win a $1000 Koh gift card.

Why isn’t my discount applying?
If a discount or promotion doesn’t seem to be working, the most common reasons are:
- The product is already discounted and the sale price is already shown.
- The item is excluded from the sale.
- You’re placing a Subscribe & Save order instead of a one-time order.
- You’re trying to combine the Birthday Sale with another discount or offer.
- You’re expecting a different sign-up offer than the one currently running during the sale.
