During site-wide promos that include a <strong>bonus gift card</strong> (for example, &#x201C;spend X, get a gift card&#x201D;), our checkout platform may temporarily <strong>block gift cards as a payment method</strong> for orders that qualify for the offer. If your order total is <strong>below</strong> the promo threshold, you can usually still pay with a gift card.</p><hr><h2 id="why-is-my-gift-card-not-working-at-checkout">Why is my gift card not working at checkout?</h2><p>When a promotion includes a bonus gift card, the platform may disable gift card payments on qualifying orders.
