Can I use discount codes with my subscription?Updated an hour ago

TL;DR: Yes. Apply discount codes in your subscription portal and they'll be applied to your next renewal. One code per order, applies to the next renewal only, and individual code terms always apply.

Can I use discount codes with my subscription?

Yes. Discount codes can be applied to your next subscription renewal via the Koh subscription portal at koh.com/a/account/login. Sign in, find your active subscription, and enter the code. It saves to your next scheduled renewal and applies when that order ships. Per our terms of sale, codes work one per transaction, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively. Each code's specific terms also apply (welcome codes, referral codes, and partnership codes can have their own restrictions).

Sign in to the subscription portal

Use the email you signed up with. We send a one-time link, no password required.

Find your next scheduled renewal

Open the subscription you want to apply the code to and locate the discount code field.

Enter the code, save

Paste or type the code, save the change, and it applies to your next renewal automatically. You'll see the discount on the order summary when that renewal ships.

Will the code apply to all my future renewals or just the next one?

A discount code applied in the subscription portal applies to your next renewal only. It doesn't carry over to subsequent renewals. Per our terms of sale, promotional codes are one per transaction. If you have a new code for a future renewal, apply it in the portal before that renewal ships. The Subscribe & Save discount itself (15% or 10% depending on the product) continues to apply on every renewal automatically, separately from any one-time code.

A code applies once, to the next renewal it's saved against. It doesn't carry over. To apply a new code to a later renewal, save it in the portal before that renewal ships.

✓ The subscription discount keeps going

Your Subscribe & Save discount (15% on most items, 10% on selected larger packs) is separate to a one-off code, and continues to apply on every renewal.

Can I stack a code with the Subscribe & Save discount?

Per our Terms of Sale, promotional codes generally cannot be combined with other offers, including the Subscribe & Save discount. Each code's individual terms apply, so some codes (e.g. partnership or special-event codes) may permit stacking, while others won't. The most reliable way to find out is to enter the code in your subscription portal. If it applies, the code's terms allow it. If it doesn't apply, the code is excluded from subscription orders. The 15% or 10% subscription discount continues to apply either way.

My discount code didn't work, what now?

If a discount code didn't apply to your subscription order, the most common reasons are: the code has expired, the code is single-use and has already been redeemed, the code's terms exclude subscription orders or specific products, or you've already used a different code on this transaction (one code per transaction). Check the code's terms (usually in the email or page where you got the code), or contact our team with the code and your account email and we'll take a look.

A few common reasons a code might not apply:

  • The code has expired
  • The code is single-use and has already been redeemed
  • The code's terms exclude subscription orders or specific products
  • You already have another code applied to this renewal (one code per transaction)
