Can I combine one-time purchases with my subscription?Updated an hour ago

TL;DR: Yes. You can combine one-time products with subscription items in the same order. Add them at checkout when you sign up, or add one-offs to an upcoming renewal anytime via your subscription portal. Future renewals only include the items you subscribed to, the one-time additions ship with that delivery only.

Can I combine one-time purchases with my subscription?

Yes. There are two ways to combine one-time purchases with a Koh subscription. At signup, you can add one-time products to the same cart as your subscription items and check out together. After signup, you can add a one-time product to an upcoming renewal anytime via the subscription portal at koh.com/a/account/login. Either way, the one-time products ship with that delivery only, your future renewals continue with just the items you subscribed to.

Add subscription products and one-time products to the same cart, then check out as normal. Both ship together in your first subscription delivery.

Once subscribed, add one-time products to your next scheduled renewal anytime via your subscription portal, right up until that renewal ships.

How do I add a one-time item to my next subscription delivery?

Sign in to your Koh subscription portal at koh.com/a/account/login with your account email. Find your active subscription and look for the option to add a one-time product to your next delivery. Pick the product and quantity, save the change, and the item is added to your next scheduled renewal. Add-ons can be added or removed any time before the renewal ships, the cut-off is when we begin processing the order.

Use the same email you used to sign up. Sign-in sends a one-time link to your inbox.

Find your next scheduled delivery

Open the active subscription and locate the option to add a one-time product to your next renewal.

Pick your product, save the change

Choose the product and quantity, then save. It's added to your next renewal automatically. You can keep adding or removing items right up until the renewal ships.

Will the one-time item also be added to my future renewals?

No. One-time items added to a subscription delivery, whether at signup or via the portal, ship with that delivery only. They don't carry over to future renewals. Your future renewals continue with the products you subscribed to. If you want a product to ship every cycle, subscribe to it instead of adding it as a one-off.

If you want a product on every recurring delivery, subscribe to it from its product page rather than adding it as a one-off. The two flows can stack, you can have multiple subscriptions running on different frequencies.
