Koh subscriptions can be paid with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay), a digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), or PayPal. These are all methods that can charge automatically on each renewal cycle. Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later options like PayPal Pay-in-4 are not available for subscription orders, regardless of order value, because they don't support recurring auto-charges. If you want to use Afterpay, place a one-off order instead of subscribing.

⚠ Doesn't work for subscriptions

Buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay and PayPal Pay-in-4 aren't supported on subscription orders. They can't auto-charge each renewal. Use a card, wallet, or PayPal instead.

Afterpay PayPal Pay-in-4

Subscription payments are charged automatically on each renewal cycle, on the schedule you chose at checkout (every month, every two months, every three months, etc.). The charge happens just before the order is dispatched, using the payment method on file. You'll receive an order confirmation email when the renewal goes through. To change your delivery date, frequency, or payment method, manage your subscription through the Subscribe and Save customer portal.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription order won't be created. Common reasons include an expired card, a card replaced or cancelled by your bank, insufficient funds, or a billing address that no longer matches the card. To fix it, update your payment method through the Subscribe and Save customer portal. Once a working payment method is on file, the renewal will retry.
