How can I check if my code is still valid?

If the discount applies to the cart total, the code is active. If not, it's expired or has conditions you don't meet, see below.
Testing at checkout is non-committal, you can leave the cart without buying.
Where do I find the terms and conditions?
Most promotions include an expiry date and eligibility conditions in the fine print. Terms live wherever you originally got the code:
Email promotions. Terms are usually linked at the bottom of the email or in small print near the offer.
SMS promotions. The SMS itself usually links to a landing page with the terms.
Social media or website ads. Check the original post or linked landing page for terms.
Flyers or packaging inserts. Terms are printed on the flyer itself.
Common conditions that block a code
Minimum spend thresholds, product exclusions, first-order only, one use per customer, not stackable with other discounts. If a code applies to a specific Starter Kit or product, it won't work on a cart of other items.
What about my welcome code specifically?
Welcome codes are the one exception, you can view yours directly by logging into your Koh account, no need to wait for the email. Other promo codes (birthday, referral, sale, SMS) live with the original campaign source and aren't shown in your account.
My code still isn't working, what now?
If you've tested at checkout and reviewed the original promotion terms and the code still isn't working, send us a screenshot of the offer plus a note about where you received it. The team can investigate, confirm the code's status, issue a replacement, or apply the discount manually if the issue is on our end.
