Why am I being charged $5 shipping?
If you're on a Subscribe & Save plan, your recurring orders are processed automatically each cycle. These subscription orders have a fixed $5 shipping fee, regardless of order value.
This means that even if your Subscribe & Save order is over $99, the $5 shipping charge will still apply.
Does free shipping apply to subscriptions?
Free shipping promotions (such as “free shipping over $99”) apply to standard one-time purchases. Subscribe & Save orders are treated differently because they are part of an ongoing recurring delivery plan with discounted product pricing.
